When you request an offer or contact me, I may collect:
- Your name, phone number, and ZIP code
- Details about your vehicle, such as year, make, model, mileage, condition, VIN, and loan status
- Photos you upload of your vehicle
- Any notes or messages you send, including by text or phone
Like most websites, my hosting provider may also automatically record basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited.
How I use your information
- To review your vehicle and prepare an offer
- To contact you about your inquiry and any resulting purchase
- To complete a purchase, including title transfer, loan payoff, and payment
- To keep records as required by law
I won't use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission.
How your information is shared
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only as needed to evaluate and complete your sale, for example with:
- The dealership or business partner involved in completing your purchase
- Your lender, to arrange a loan payoff
- Service providers that help operate this website and process paperwork, such as website hosting, form handling, and electronic signature services
- Government agencies or others when required by law
Data retention and security
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete a purchase, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements. I use reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
